Specifically, I explain the holding in Kastigar v. United States, 406 U.S. 441 (1972), and how it might relate to Wendi Adelson, should she ever be charged in connection with her ex-husband's murder.

    Wendi Adelson has not been charged with any crime, and she is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
