  • When Ellen Greenberg's body was found inside her locked apartment, she suffered 20 stab wounds ranging from the back of her head to her torso. Authorities quickly ruled the death a suicide. However, many, including Ellen's parents, are certain that Ellen did not commit suicide. They are adamant that she was murdered and they know who did it. 

    This episode, Code One examines the Medical Examiner's office's change of manner of death from homicide to suicide. We also discuss the legal actions that were taken by Ellen's family and where the case stands today.
