  • I read the English Dictionary in short sections, comment on it, make bad jokes, and sometimes sing little songs. I hope it’s more entertaining than just reading the dictionary alone. It’s an evolving project so the letter ”A” had lower quality, plus less commenting and jokes.

    This book is SO big!

    The dictionary I read from is 7" x 2" x 9.75" so it's about 136.5 cubic inches

    But this new/old dictionary is 8.5" x 5.5" x 11" which is a whopping 514.25 cubic inches.

    That means that this 1946 dictionary is basically 3.77 times bigger than my dictionary. Did I do my math right? I hope so.

Lots of chit chat, thank goodness

I have been searching for the perfect podcast for what feels like forever. Something I can enjoy when I am paying attention, but can keep on and zone out to while I’m working. It feels less like I am being read the dictionary and more like I am listening to a friend talk and talk. I love that when I am paying attention it is interesting to listen to, but I don’t have to constantly pay attention. I listen pretty much all day at work now. I am so thankful for this podcast!

this is the perfect thing to fall asleep to, or even have on as background noise. 10/10 would recommend. Spencer does a great job
