  • As we continue in The Disciple book from the Global Discipleship Course, Pastor Theo lays out some of the foundations of being a disciple of Jesus Christ. It all begins with being born again and placing our trust in Jesus and Him crucified. We do not trust in our old self or old actions as they are of the world. Because of His love in us, we are able to love others through the power of The Holy Spirit and Jesus said people would know His disciples by their love. The Word of God set forth The Father's heart and reveals the living Christ. As a disciple matures, of course, discipleship includes building up the new believer. We also discuss aspects of chapter 6 from The Disciple Book titled, "Are You The One."
