    In my book, 'Master The Psychology of Weight Loss' Chapter 9 is titled, 'The Hidden Perks of Skipping Breakfast and Dinner.' I lost 42 pounds going from 201 to 159 pounds and keeping it off. I outline the many benefits of skipping breakfast and dinner, starting with the Water Balloon Effect. My aptly titled Chapter 5 in the book where I describe how my own body is like a water balloon. The more I eat they more I expand. Skipping breakfast and dinner helps the body burn extra fat by fasting. Inadvertently, this become intermittent fasting.

    Botox helps reduce hypertrophic masseters by decreasing their width via muscle shrinkage. Clenching and grinding in fact can enlarge the jaw muscles. Botox administered at the dentist or at a medical office or med spa greatly helps clenchers and grinders. 

    Botox at the dentist also helps reduce gummy smiles. This happens by dropping the upper lip down reducing how much gum tissue is shown.

    Teeth are strong and can last millions of years, however, forces such as the jaw muscle and clenching and grinding can wear them down over time. Today's episode asks if it's important to wear a mouthguard when we workout. If the workout is rigorous with heavy weights then it's a good idea to wear a custom fit athletic mouthguard when working out. 

    If the workout is very light with light weights, but still involves lifting weights, then a nightguard can be a good idea.
