We're back! 4th of July and family vacations had us off for a couple weeks but were here for a quick little recap!

Some operator errors in the beginning, but we still jumped into a fire conversation with our friend Mark England. Mark is a coach of coaches founder of the Enlifted Method and host of the Get Enlifted Podcast. Most people know the importance of mindset in our every day life, but few truly understand the effect a negative or positve mindset and self talk has on our mental and physical state. This is a great one!

Carly is an absolute bad ass fisherman and outdoorswoman sharing her knowledge and adventures on her social media. Loved having her in sharing her story, insight and just a great conversation.
