To the woman of God, woman of faith, God hears and sees you, God is your Provider, God is faithful to the Late Bloomers, the outcasts and God still works, even when we go off plan. I know how you feel. When you read God’s Word you discover how He feels about you As a result your memories begin to heal, your self-worth is restored, and you stop trading with a devalued self-image. When that happens, you no longer believe that "anybody's company is preferable to my own.

The power of life and death lies in your tongue. This verse means that we have the power and authority to speak life or death into our situation. Here are three principles you need to live by: (1) Think first. Sounds simple but it’s a step we often forget in the midst of our day to day life. Before you speak, pause for ten seconds and mentally preview your words. What you don't say today, you won't have to explain tomorrow. (2) Talk less. Your chances of getting into trouble increase exponentially when you talk too much. Conserve your verbal energy. (3) Start today. Saints, we already have enough passages of Scripture to help bring your tongue into submission. So put that muzzle on your mouth now -and watch how it enriches your life.

I hope this episode provides hope & encouragement to my fellow sisters & brothers in Christ who also have struggled with lust. I posted another video on my channel about how God delivered me from the sin of pornography & over the course of these past 6 months I’ve learned how to take authority over my mind, body & soul. There is truly freedom from lust! So choose to fight today. Because you can say no to temptation.

It is my hope that as I share my testimony and the Scriptures that contributed to my deliverance that God would heal you as well and that you finally find freedom. As you are watching, there is a call on your life. There is an assignment that God wants you to do and it requires you to be confident. It requires you to be bold and you cannot do that if you are bound by overthinking.

In 2023, I weighed 230 pounds and was a size God knows what. This was the heaviest I’ve ever been and I knew I had to make change and take back control over my temple. The crazy thing is I knew how to eat healthy and exercise, I did so for the first 18 years of my life. I was heavily involved in sports for majority of my childhood. Basketball and soccer were my two favorites and during high school I stuck with basketball because I was naturally more gifted in that sport. My eating habits weren’t the best but sports allowed me to stay in shape and eat whatever I wanted at the same time. Then, I sustained an injury my freshman year and I quickly fell out of love with sports. It wasn’t fun anymore and after I graduated high school I was done with sports. Unfortunately, my poor eating habits stayed the same and the past 6 to 7 years I gained a lot of weight and clocked out at my heaviest at 230 lbs. My problem was not being able to make myself do what I knew was right. This was a Spiritual and emotional issue. So, if you are a Christian and want to lose weight, here are 5 skills you will need to master.

We are going to have doubts sometimes, we’re going to worry sometimes, it’s just human. Anybody that tells you that you are not a Christian because you have doubts and because you have worries, ignore them. You are going to fight with your flesh at times. It’s what we do when we’re in those spaces. Are you going back to His word? Are you talking to God about it? Are you praying about it? It’s how you respond to those doubts and worries that matters. “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10

There’s a word in that verse, you don’t hear much anymore…dismayed. And I had to pause and ask, what does dismayed actually mean? Dismayed means feeling distress or anxiety, typically at something unexpected. It also means to look around in terror. God is speaking with tenderness here, telling us not to look around as one might do in danger or in a state of alarm. He’s telling us to instead be calm because He’s here with us.

The phrase “leap of faith” is to believe in something or someone based on faith rather than evidence. Believing that an individual could only understand God through faith rather than logic. There’s a working theory that this can also apply to instances that do not pertain to an act of stepping out in faith of God, our Creator. This theory can also apply in other cases and actions, such as taking a job that could be a little risky or making a decision that is scary and challenging.
