This doc told me he sees 300 patients a week, charges $37 per adjustment, and does no marketing. I immediately knew he was undercharging. I suggested he raise his price by $10—just that could boost his weekly income by almost $3,000. He sells care plans for $1,700, but the industry average is $2,500. If you’re a great chiropractor, your pricing should reflect that.

Patients judge your practice by everything—the website, the office, even your prices. If you want to charge more, you need to look and act the part. I told him to stop undervaluing his services and start charging what he's worth. It’s all about mindset and positioning. If you don’t believe in the value you provide, neither will your patients.

If your website looks outdated, it’s time for an upgrade. Your online presence should match the quality of care you provide.
