Amazing Mentor!

Ch. Phipps has always been and continues to be a humble mentor, willing to invest. Ch. Phipps is an amazing Chaplain, instructor, and investor. I applied his leadership not only in a military context, but my vocation as a correctional chaplain. Thank you for making my CHBOLC expereince a lifetime event.
