Wooohoooo! Episode 1 of The Flirty Swingers Podcast is FINALLY in the books! Be patient with us, we're working diligently to teach ourselves all of this podcasting stuff!

This episode is all about our ORIGIN STORY! But first, we'll run through our initial thoughts on our goals for the podcast and what we'd like to accomplish.

But seriously, we're both pretty comfortable in our own skin and we don't mind making ourselves vulnerable in sharing our challenges, what has worked and what has totally flopped. The more we can all get out of our own way and share our stories, the more we can learn from each other!

Bella is a retired sex therapist and supervisor to sex therapists, so she's got lots of fun tips and tricks up her sleeve. We'll share and demonstrate various strategies that we've used (and continue to use) to significantly reduce our jealousy (to the point of near non-existence). We want you to be able to easily implement those same strategies within your own relationship to help you work through any issues you face with jealousy.
