• Ep. 17 - It's a Poole Party! + Award Predictions
    Oct 21 2022

On the 17th episode of The Four Out, One In Podcast, Carlos and I talk about the Draymond Green and Jordan Poole situation that finished with Draymond getting fined internally by the Warriors. We also talk about how that situation impacted Jordan Poole's contract extension with the Warriors and the Warriors also extending Andrew Wiggins for the future, which could lead to Draymond being potentially gone next season. Carlos and I give our award predictions and future topics for the next episode. I will warn you that there is a long pause between the 36:20-36:55 mark because Carlos's airpods died so he switched to his over-the-ear headphones and I didn't want to cut that part out of the video because I don't like having a lot of cuts.  Please follow the podcast on all platforms as well as I am appreciative of all feedback!

  • Ep 16. - Western/Eastern Conference Predictions
    Oct 12 2022

On the 16th episode of The Four Out, One In Podcast, Carlos and I make our return to getting back on a scheduled basis. Our summers were busy with him traveling all over the world, and there was so much going on in my life that our schedules couldn't align during most of the summer, but we back now! We get into the NBA GM survey and the interesting results to some of the questions posed to the GM, players and trades that were signed while we weren't podcasting, and our predictions for the Eastern and Western Conference. We're going to try and make this a weekly thing but with both of us on each side of the country, there may be times where we might have to take a week off due to conflicting schedules, but we are going to make it work to the best of our abilities! Please follow the podcast on all platforms as well as I am appreciative of all feedback!

  • Ep. 15 - Eastern Conference: Winners and Losers of Free Agency Pt.1
    Aug 6 2022

On the 15th episode of The Four Out, One In Podcast, we talk about the winners and losers of free agency in the Eastern Conference. Beginning with the Atlanta Hawks, we work in alphabetical order, listing offseason moves were good for teams and what offseason moves were bad for teams. Around the 1 hour mark, my (George) computer overheated and my screen went black so we ended up finishing this episode with the Miami Heat. For the next season we will begin with the Miami Heat and finish with the Washington Wizards, then move on to give grades for the teams in the Western Conference. Please follow the podcast on all platforms as well as I am appreciative of all feedback!

  • Ep. 14 - KD for Jaylen Brown???
    Aug 4 2022

Welcome back to The Four Out, One In Podcast! This is episode #14 of the podcast and after almost a month of really nothing to talk about basketball wise, we are back! Carlos is back from vacation and we get back into the swing of things talking about free agent deals that have happened since the last podcast where we talked about beginning of free agency (1:20-41:22). From there we talk about recent news in the NBA, from Zion getting weight clause put in his rookie extension, Kyrie having to change significantly in order to play with the Nets this season, and ending the episode with Jaylen Brown being the centerpiece in a possible trade for Kevin Durant between the Nets and the Celtics. Please  follow the podcast on all platforms as well as I am appreciative of all feedback!

  • Ep. 13 - The Free Agency Special : Part 1
    Jul 4 2022

On episode 13 of the Four Out, One In podcast, Carlos and I break down the first two days of free agency While there wasn't much player movement in terms of superstars moving from one team to another, Kevin Durant wants out of Brooklyn in a surprising yet not shocking turn of events. The first day kicked off with Dejounte Murray getting traded earlier in the week to the Atlanta Hawks and during the episode, a blockbuster trade happened regarding a multi-time all star. This is just the first part of the free agency special, but we will recap the signings that happen throughout the week leading up to the next podcast episode. Please like, comment, and subscribe as I am appreciative of all feedback and follow the podcast on all platforms as well!

  • Ep 12. - NBA Draft Talk
    Jun 26 2022

The NBA Draft was last night (6/23/22) and a lot happened. Paolo Banchero surprisingly went #1 after he was never really projected to go #1 until three hours before the draft. Lots of draft pick trades between teams but congrats to all of the players picked in this year's draft. Carlos makes his return to the pod after being out due to different situations internally. I told him the pod will be here when he was ready to come back from handling everything in his life and he's returned to help me recap the draft! There are some cuts to the video due to us filming on zoom, especially around the 44 minute mark(time limits, lag etc, stuff we can't control to be honest) but we are excited to get into free agency right after the July 4th holiday. Please like, comment, and subscribe as I am appreciative of all feedback and follow the podcast on all platforms as well!

  • Ep. 11 - NBA Finals Recap: Games 2-4
    Jun 12 2022

On this episode, I (George) recap games 2-4 of the NBA Finals. I planned on recording after Game 2, but since that game was a blowout, I let the Boston home games play out in which we have a 2-2 series going back to Golden State for Game 5. I give my thoughts on each game and what I thought was important from an eye perspective and a stat perspective. I also dissect why Curry is at the top of my Finals MVP leaderboard and how Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown can rise up the rankings with unique performances in Game 5. Monday should be fun and I hope it will be great!

  • Ep. 10 - NBA Finals Game 1 Recap
    Jun 3 2022

I (George) look at the amazing comeback the Boston Celtics had to steal Game 1 on the road from the Golden State Warriors. It was an amazing game as both teams played well until the fourth, where Boston seemed like they hit every shot they looked at, while Golden State struggled and looked shell-shocked at how they were outplayed. I give my takes, the adjustments both coaches and teams made, and what are the keys for both teams in terms of winning Game 2.
