The fourth trimester? What is it? What does that even mean? We've done the hard yards with the pregnancy and the birth, can't we just focus on the baby now?! In this series we share conversations with leading experts that cover every angle of the fourth trimester and why taking care of the mother is so vital during this season of motherhood.
Today's expert is Jess Sepel, a nutritionist who is passionate about women's wellbeing. Jess has always had a major focus on food being medicine and has now filled the gaps with creating her own supplements. Jess is honest that she isn’t a pro when it comes to the fourth trimester. But the reason I chose her to talk to us today is because I have been a JS fan for 10 years, I know she’s the real deal and I really trust her. She understands what women need who are trying to conceive and what is important to explore nutritionally in the fourth trimester.
