Allowing us ourselves to trust seems so simple on paper, but it is one of the most vulnerable acts we can take within ourselves. Actually doing it is another story.

    We all want to be seen and heard. Fundamentally it is an important part of being human. Being acknowledged for things we do or even just for simply existing is so crucial to us. When that doesn't happen with those closest to us it can have a major impact on us. We start to act out or find ways to be seen. We "take the stage" and go out of our way to be noticed when in reality what we really need to do much is more simple.

    In life, any goals we set are oftentimes viewed as a mountain we have to climb. Most times, it's too intimidating to even look at that mountain.  It's daunting, uncomfortable, and requires more out of us than we're used to giving.  The thing is... it's doable. We have it deep within ourselves to get up that hill... we just don't believe we're worth it. We find ourselves asking: "Where do I even begin?" and the answer is quite simple.
