Beckman, Ph.D., is the co-founder and executive director of TreatNOW.org - a group of citizens, veterans, institutions and service organization working pro bono to help brain injured troops and others suffering from concussions, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). They have helped treat and heal over 21,000 brain wounded individuals. Dr. Beckman has been building knowledge management systems most of his professional career, primarily in the Intelligence Community and DOD. He is a former USAF KC-135 pilot and a Vietnam VeteranHe is also the Chief Knowledge Officer, Foundation for the Study of Inflammatory Disease.
