As the Humber region's largest decarbonisation event, the summit brought together businesses large and small, academics, industry experts and young people to learn, discuss and tackle the greatest challenge of our time as we all work together to reach net zero. Led by Simon Dwyer and Julie Waites of Made Great in Grimsby, the visit was a unique behind the scenes experience for Bondholders, delivered by Future Humber. Simon Dwyer is a board member of Future Humber and it was fantastic to see more about the work that he does for the region's fish and food processing businesses.     Episode 1: Humber Business Week 2023 Joanne from Future Humber takes a look at the events put on by Bondholders during Humber Business Week 2023. The first event was Let's Talk Place, which was held at the MKM Stadium, and launched Humber Business Week with a bang. John Till of thinkingplace led a panel of experts from the region to discuss place and what it meant to them and the opportunities it presents for businesses in the Humber. Attending were artist Calvin Innes and poet Vicky Foster, who both captured the conversation and vibe in the room to produce a wonderful artwork and a poem. You can hear the poem on this episode.
