    Sep 16 2021
In this solo episode, I reflect on radical self-compassion and why it is important for healing. You might be wondering, why are acts of self-compassion radical? The simple answer is that in a world where shame and punishment are normalized, self-compassion becomes radical and necessary.

After writing, ‘healing comes in waves back in 2014 and eventually publishing it as part of my poetry collection in 2015, I realize how much more there is to understand our healing, to understanding my own healing as well.
