This is the 17th episode feature of the CKLN Mind Control Radio Series that will be airing on all my channels. Alan Scheflin - Risk Management in Dissociative Disorder & Trauma Therapy

Today we are going to hear a presentation by Professor Alan Scheflin given at the recent International Society for the Study of Dissociation (ISSD) and International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies (ISTSS) conferences at a joint session in Montreal given this last Sunday, on November 9, 1997. This talk is entitled Risk Management in Dissociative Disorder and Trauma Therapy and is very timely in the wake of some disturbing legal developments against psychotherapy recently. There was a $10.6 million lawsuit settled out of court in Chicago for a therapist who treated DID or MPD, also more recently, the U.S. government has brought criminal charges against Judith Peterson, a Texas psychologist who treats dissociative clients.

Today I’m honored to have back on the show: Podcast regular, United Church Minister turned whistleblower, Canadian Hero, humanitarian, loving father, published writer and author, public speaker and podcaster, documentary filmmaker, Nobel Peace Prize nominee, co-founder of the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State, righteous soul, and Eagle Strong Voice: Kevin Annett

Born in Canada, Kevin began his career as a United Church minister, driven by a deep compassion for the marginalized. In the early 1990s, while serving in Port Alberni, British Columbia, he uncovered evidence of unimaginable atrocities: the systematic abuse, torture, and murder of Indigenous children in church-run residential schools. Rather than remain silent, Kevin spoke out, documenting mass graves and survivor testimonies that revealed a genocidal collusion between church, state, and corporate powers. And this was only the beginning of his fight.

Refusing to be silenced, Kevin founded the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS), a groundbreaking platform to hold the powerful accountable through common law courts. His work has most recently exposed the Ninth Circle, a satanic cult allegedly involving high-ranking figures like Prince Andrew, King Charles, and Vatican officials, including Cardinals Reinhardt Marx and Timothy Dolan.

Kevin’s revelations are harrowing: children subjected to ritual sacrifices, the Vatican’s complicity in MK ULTRA-style programming; and the use of military bases, churches, and even NATO headquarters for Ninth Circle ritual ceremonies.

The stakes are high, and the enemy is formidable. Kevin’s evidence points to a vast network - church, state, and corporate elites - protected by wealth, power, and a system that thrives on the expendability of children. He reveals how the Vatican and CIA collaborate. He warns of geopolitical maneuvers, such as attempts by Donald Trump and Cardinal Dolan to control Vatican funds, mirroring the forced resignation of Pope Benedict. Yet, amidst this darkness, Kevin sees hope: “You create hope by what you do,” he urges, calling on society to move from spectatorship to action.

I was so impressed by her work, the content she was creating around such a difficult topic, and her clear passion for her work and clients, that I contacted and asked her to be on this podcast so we could all learn from her - and was so grateful she agree to come on. Her understanding of the complexities of DID, compassion for the RAMCOA community, and her courage to be speaking publicly about these topics that few in her field will touch make her a hero in my eyes, someone who deserves our support, and someone we can all benefit to learn from.

Blanche Chavoustie - US Government Mind Control Survivor Testimony

Today we are going to hear an interview with Blanche Chavoustie, a survivor of various U.S. government mind control experiments. Blanche is the American coordinator for ACHES-MC, the Advocacy Committee for Human Experimentation Survivors of mind control, who are currently engaged in a campaign to open a government investigation into the mind control experiments. In this interview, Blanche is alleging that she was experimented on at various sites, such as Cornell Medical Centre in New York, Hollywood Hospital in Vancouver, B.C., Syracuse University and the Parapsychology Lab at Princeton, all of which have been documented to be sites involved in the CIA MKULTRA mind control projects. Her accounts include her being experimented on with brain implants, synthetic telepathy, drugs, and hypnosis and she has been harassed repeatedly throughout her life.

In the shadowy underbelly of America's Cold War secrets, where the CIA's MK ULTRA programs twisted innocence into instruments of control, two women emerged not as broken relics, but as fierce beacons of redemption. Dr. Juliette Engel and Lynne Scott Haggerman - survivors of unimaginable horrors.

Sold at six into MK ULTRA’s MONARCH program, Juliette endured years of trauma, her psyche fractured into alters like Sparky, the inner warrior plotting escape that she writes about in here memoir. At sixteen, she fled, funding her way through medical school to become a radiologist. And in 1999, Moscow’s trafficking crisis reignited her fight. Selling her practice, she founded the Angel Coalition, rescuing thousands through underground railroads and training networks like the Babushka Brigade. Her memoirs, Sparky: Surviving Sex Magick and Angels Over Moscow, expose CIA atrocities and inspire liberation.

Trafficked into MK ULTRA’s underground labs as a child, Lynne faced electroshock, adrenochrome harvesting, and underground Satanic rituals and programming. Her spirit unbroken, she protected others in those dark tunnels - showcasing the same big heart for protecting others that she has today. Now an award-winning HR consultant and marathoner, Lynne’s faith-driven Q-GRIT framework heals survivors through somatic techniques, spiritual warfare, holistic products, and community collaboration, turning trauma into triumph.

What binds Juliette and Lynne isn't just the MK ULTRA experiences seared into their histories - it's the transformation they share: turning personal hells into collective heavens. Both women, programmed as children for exploitation, now dismantle the very networks that enslaved them. Juliette's global rescues mirror Lynne's intimate healings; and together, they've exposed the tunnels and rituals, and the universities and cults that fed the beast.
