• HR Trends 2022 #3: Redeploy
    Dec 9 2021

It’s HR Trends week on the Ins and Outs of work podcast! After a ‘Realign’ and a ‘Reconnect’ episode, it’s now time for a conversation around our final trend for HR in 2022: Redeploy.

For this, we were being joined by David Perring, Director of Research at analyst firm Fosway. David had a lot of interesting things to share with us, often supported by fascinating research.

We talked about how organizations are all about people’s energy, Gen Z and multigenerational workforces, being that one kid that’s being picked last for a game of football at school, and so much more.

    Happy listening!
