  • The Letter I Wrote to My Younger Self (And Why It Changed Everything)
    Jul 29 2025

What would you say to your younger self?

In this raw and vulnerable episode, I’m sharing the letter I wrote during a leadership mastermind exercise—a truth I never planned to make public.

It’s a reflection on the pain that fuels our purpose, the “chip” we carry, and a powerful reminder of Solomon’s Paradox: we often give better advice to others than to ourselves.

This episode is for anyone who’s ever wondered if the hard parts of their story were worth it. (Spoiler: they were.)

Let’s dive into the truth of the journey—no metrics, no masks.

I've been a long-time follower of Jasmine and even named her as my mentor and hero. I've always felt that the universe had big plans for me, plans that I'm currently *painting* and unsure what the final image will be.
Jasmine's creates a space of possibility and hope. Even more so, she truly cares about her audience. When I've shared episodes on social media, she's personally voice messaged me gratitude (which was a total pinch me moment!)
My current personal goal is to be a group mentor and speaker for the wedding industry, celebrating the businesses who celebrate love. Jasmine pushes me to keep going even if I can't see the bigger picture yet. One day soon, I will thank her in person for her generosity, resilience, perspective, and support, which inspires so many to keep showing up. AND if the universe allows, call her my personal coach.
If it's not obvious yet, I highly recommend this podcast 🥰
