• Mindful drinking with Club Soda's Laura Willoughby
    Aug 24 2022

“In terms of behaviour change, and wanting to change a habit, substitution is one of the most powerful things that you can do.”

In this live, special episode, Laura, who is celebrating ten years free from alcohol, shares her wisdom and advice on the world of alcohol-free drinking. She highlights how difficult it is to change behaviours and drinking habits, including the misconceptions around abstinence and the societal pressure to be accepted and included.

Laura delves into the purposeful movement of mindful drinking, and how Club Soda’s festivals and pop-up shops help people find a non-alcoholic drink they like to replace that feeling of reward and conviviality. She also advises on simple actions you can take to start you on your journey to change.

An inspiring leader in the alcohol-free movement, Laura actively campaigns to create equal experiences for non-drinkers, including educating and challenging beverage outlets to up their game in terms of their offering to help create an accepting environment for this new and growing market. Laura believes non-alcohol drinkers deserve better and encourages us to take back control of our nights out
