• 26. How to Set Goals and Stick to Them
    May 1 2024

How do you feel about setting goals?

Do they help you feel motivated and excited? Or can they leave you feeling disappointed when you don't achieve them?

Join my conversation with Claire Moore, owner and director of women's gym Believe & Achieve, as we discuss how setting goals that align with our purpose and vision can be a really positive motivation to help us to improve our wellbeing.

Listen as I ask Claire when the best time to set goals (spoiler - it's now!) and how often to review them (often).

I love how Claire talks about we are more likely to stick to our goals and keep setting new ones when we create a positive association with them, rather than focusing on what we are losing or missing out on, and I also loved hearing Claire's inspirational back story of how she has created an amazing, supportive community for women in Sheffield.

If you are looking for some motivation and inspiration to start moving forward with your goals I know you will love this episode!

How on earth do we find work/life balance as busy women? Is it even possible?

Listen as I chat to no BS business coach, best selling author and fellow podcaster Libby Langley about how we can find that elusive balance and it just might not be how you expect!
