Roll For Sanity

Excellent Audio Quality. I learned to play Call of Cthulhu 7th edition listening to this podcast. Despite cracking wise six ways from Sunday during play this podcast manages to maintain horror and suspense in their live game. This game uses pre written scenarios as well as original scenarios written by the keeper who mixes them flawlessly into his ongoing campaign, Great format: opening with a fake commercial before play, after play the group does “Recomendos” Recommendations of stuff players love and they have good taste. I even bought and loved a book they recomendoed here on audible. If you like some comedy with your horror this is a great podcast. Live play of the Call of Cthulhu Role Playing Game. Roll for Smokers Cough

Quick-Witted and Hilarious

I normally don't like my horror Actual Play Podcasts to be humourous, but I make an exception with these guys. The humor is sharp, the witticisms quick, and yet, they are able to keep from falling into the cliche of everyone trying to be "the funny one" which brings down the group. The characters all have their funny moments, but they have plenty of emotional, creepy, and downright scary moments too. Mad props to the host to be able to control this group to get any actual investigating done. Give these guys a chance.
