In this episode Shanta (Shon-tay) shares the Caterpillar vs the Butterfly.

Caterpillars and butterflies are technically the same. The difference between the caterpillar and the butterfly is the caterpillar is in the immature phase and the butterfly is in its maturity.

Each of us has a call or destiny assignment but we will not be effective if we attempt to do it in immaturity. Destiny is calling out to us but we must prepare ourselves before we walk into it. We must go through the difficulties and press toward maturation so that when we arrive we are soaring as a butterfly and not crawling as a caterpillar.
