  • Saul & Adrian Castellanos and Tequila Azulillo
    Feb 20 2023

I sat down with Saul and Adrian Castellanos to talk about their brand, Tequila Azulillo and the means through which Tequila Azulillo came to be. Saul and Adrian discuss with me the learning process and some of the trials they went through to realize their project.

We also taste the different expressions of Tequila Azulillo, from their staple tequila blanco, through their reposado, añejo, extra añejo, cristalino, and their newest uncommon expression, raicilla.

Their family history ties them to Jalisco, yet both Saul and Adrian are breaking ground in their family heritage of tequila and agave spirits. To learn more, and order your very own bottle of Tequila Azulillo, visit www.tequilaazulillo.com.
