Marie Clark Musical Theatre (MCMT) is a not-for-profit community theatre group dedicated to producing high-quality musicals for the Adelaide community to be involved and to enjoy. We were founded in 1973 by Marie Clark, a school teacher well-known in the Tea Tree Gully council area for her passion for music and community work. The company began as 'Marie Clark Singers of Tea Tree Gully', and staged its first musical production (Gilbert and Sullivan's 'Trial By Jury') in 1974. With over 80 productions now in our repertoire, we are very proud to be celebrating in 2024 the 50th Anniversary of its very first musical, knowing that we are continuing Marie Clark's legacy so many years later.

This episode features interviews with Production Manager and President of Marie Clark Musical Theatre (MCMT), Rochelle Colon and Cast Members David MacGillivray (Harold Hill), Susie O’Connell (Mrs Squires), Merici Thompson (Ensemble & MCMT Committee Member), Emma O’Connell (Youth Ensemble) & Rodney Hrvatin (Mayor Shinn).
