    035: The gracious and vibrant Dr. Brianne Grogan joined us to dive deep into pelvic health! Dr. Bri is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, specializing in pelvic health. An Oregon native, Bri and her family took a 12-year detour to Germany, where she nurtured and grew her popular YouTube channel, which now has over 470,000 subscribers. Today, Bri is back in the United States and enjoys living, working, and playing in Bend, Oregon. She is passionate about the mental and emotional aspects of pelvic health. Her mission is to change the conversation around pelvic wellness to a new paradigm that includes thoughts, emotions, energy, mindset, Spirit, and Soul along with body-based approaches to care. Together, we explored what it truly means to go beyond the basics of pelvic care and tap into the body’s innate wisdom for healing, vitality, and connection.
