  • ep. 29 - let's talk about redirection
    Nov 14 2023

In this week's episode, we explore the paths of personal growth, resilience, and transformation through the lens of redirection. Points of redirection in life come in various forms and to gain understanding we must choose to be grounded and allow lessons to come to us to navigate through redirection effectively. I hope by sharing some recent personal experiences and new perspectives gained I can be an example of how our perspective on redirection can provide an opportunity for growth and lessons designed to be shared with others and encourage them as well.

  • Ep 26: let's talk about choosing friends + discernment
    Jul 12 2023

This week's episode discussion was about 5 rules for discerning who you should befriend. My cohost Jaz and I explain why these rules are essential and how they have benefited our lives through our experiences from meeting in college to now in our early 20s. My hope is that listeners not only enjoy the banter but also enjoy hearing our personal anecdotes and heart-filled encouragement through navigating this, at times, testing experience throughout life.
