As the latter, Dave has raised over $300 million dollars in private equity for both notes and commercial real estate.

    In addition to his investments and role as CEO, Dave’s biggest passion is teaching others how to build and preserve wealth. Dave is a national speaker, published author, and weekly investment blogger on BiggerPockets.com.
