  • No Elephant Inna De Room Ep.18
    Jan 16 2024

This week, Projektah a.k.a. Elephant P (South Africa Wu-Affiliate) opens the show with a hype akin to his boisterous self but incidentally, he didn't make it to the Interview segment. 13-year old Gaza rapper with timely rhymes about the Isreal/Hamas war, that are way beyond his age is today's highlight.

Cardinal Rap as usual is a monstrosity today with music from the North, South, East & West (Morocco's Drizzy, The Kingdom of Eswatini's Sibawu, Rwanda's Kivumbi King & Nigeria's PG Blao) all call correct viciously.

HNN (Hiphop News Now) carry wahala come with T.D. Jakes responding to call outs of him being at Diddy's parties. And more.

Under-Da-Radar remains one of our favourite segment which showcases that song which isn't popular on Terrestrial radio but is the street's fav. Guess who?

Projektah closes with his Hiphop-In-Africa talk series, still absent from his own show. Kai!

    Lol.

  • Throwing Thriving Trilogies w/O.Gee Ep16
    Nov 25 2023

This week interview is with the quadruple-threat of rapper/singer/songwriter/producer, reminiscent of a Ryan Leslie...and he goes by the name, O.Gee (acronym for Only God Exceeds Everything)

'"The trilogy project" (My Dream. My Reality. My Prayer) is coming in January 2024. And it changes the landscape of things as you know it"'

    - O.Gee

On Hiphop News Now (HNN), Oladips is not dead. Nas with Paid-In-Full Foundation providing for more pioneers beyond the $500k he raised for Scarface & Rakim.

This week's show starts up some open fire with Elijah The Boy's "Liquor Talking".

Leading us into our usual segments with unusual contents:

    - Cardinal Rap (This week, we got Morocco, Namibia, Madagascar & Togo were readily on deck with heaters from each of the North, South, East & Western regions respectively).

    - Brand New Music (Koko P's "Made From Pain").

    - Top5 Rap Radio Africa Albums of The Week (from Kojo Cue, Plu, Pizzo Da LP, Killer Mike & Hugo P).
