When the Reiki Healer was in her early 20's her body was constipated and her skin was covered in eczema. Now in her fifties her bowel movements are everyday and her skin is smooth and soft instead of cracked and bleeding from the eczema!

The reason is she started eating whole foods and quit eating processed foods! Eating whole foods made her a whole person.

Eating well makes life worth living!

In 1994 when the Reiki Healer started her organic eating journey and stopped eating from the college cafeteria where she went for lunch after cleaning the dorms of The University Of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA.

Tonight The Reiki Healer thought she would speak about how she feels better in her body at 59 years young than she did in her 20's and she weighs 30 pounds less! Learning how to feed her body was life changing! She went from eating from a college lunch room and seven-11 to discovering in 1984 th power of eating organic.

Now 30 years later The Reiki Healer feels capable. Realizing one of the best ways to live longer is to eat less. Each human has only so many digestive enzymes. So she does her best to care for herself as least as well as she treats others. LOL LOL LOL :~)

Accepting when our loved ones shed their earthly form is a process. Just as when we fell in love it was a process. My grief will fade the same way my love for my person grew slowly, steadily and lovingly. It is up to each of us to be gentle with ourselves as we grieve. Learning to grieve is a skill. Feeling our feelings takes courage. Bravely opening our hearts to the gaping hole in our heart left by the person we are unable to hug. When we catch ourselves taking to the ghost of our beloved we smile and say we love you!

We are connected to our beloveds by the memories in our hearts, minds and spirits. Learning to grieve is an unwanted skill that is useful. May we all learn to grieve as if we are enlightened guru. Hugs :~)
