    Hurricane Ian is expected to make landfall in Cuba today on it's way to the western coast of Florida. A swastika wearing gunman has killed 13 and wounded 21 in a Russian school. Russia used a drone attack to hit Ukraine over the weekend & the United States has vowed that there will be consequences if Russia uses nuclear weapons in their war against Ukraine. The last time the United States warned of consequences to Russia it was if Russia invaded Ukraine. After they did, the United States sanctioned Russia and Russian officials and sent a strongly worded message. Vice President Kamala Harris is visiting Japan today to discuss Taiwan's security situation. Amazon's next Prime Day sale will be October 11th through the 12th. and in Sports...The NFL has officially ended the Pro Bowl & will instead have skills competitions. Jimmy Johnson retires from full time racing and the NFL is investigation the concussion protocols of the Miami Dolphins after Tua Tagovailoa was seen visibly wobbly yet returned to play.

And in sports...The Cleveland Browns ralled to beat the Pittsburgh Steelers 29-17. West Virginia dominated Virginia Tech 33 to 10 & the Boston Celtics head coach, Ime Udoku, has been suspended for a year after having an inappropriate relationship with a staffer.

    A federal appeals court has ruled that the Department of Justice can regain access to the documents seized at Trump's Mar A Lago during the FBI raid. Not doing so would have delayed their investigation by months or even years. The US House of Representatives passed a bill aimed at preventing another January 6th incident by changing the Electoral Count Act. They also passed a bill that allows people who combined their student loans with their spouse to split the debt, that way they can individually get loan forgiveness. In an emotional UN Speech, Ukraine President Zalinsky calls on the world to punish Russia for the war. United Nations countries are still hesitant to be directly involved or to expel Russia from the UN. Hurricane Fiona is now a Category 4 Hurricane as it heads towards Bermuda...and in sports. The Utah Jazz are trading Bojan Bogdanovic to the Pistons, and the Pittsburgh Steelers take on the Cleveland Browns in Thursday Night Football tonight on Amazon Prime Video.
