It is 1829 Bavaria and Pastor Franz Riembauer, who some refer to as a living saint, stands accused by a 17 year old girl of having stolen her family’s farm, gotten her sister pregnant, killed and buried another mistress and then killed her sister and more as witnesses.
Her statements that are deemed improbable are nevertheless investigated. What unravels from investigations is a long litany of illegalities, three known murders, several mistresses, several abominable acts, theft and forgery that can be proven. Many more possibilities remain unproven
His crimes are unbelievable in 1829 Bavaria and take 4 years of painstaking searches to uncover the truth.
