    LUKE 18:1-8

    1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

    2 Saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man:

    3 And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary.

    4 And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man;

    5 Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.

    6 And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge saith.

    7 And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them?

    8 I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?

    It doesn't matter how long we cry out to the Lord in prayer he always hears our prayers.

    Luke 18:1-8

    1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

    2 Saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man:

    3 And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary.

    4 And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man;

    6 And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge saith.

    7 And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them?

    8 I tell you that he will avenge them speedily.

    Psalm 63:1-8

    1. O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is.

    2 To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.

    3 Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee.

    4 Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.

    5 My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips:

    6 When I remember thee upon my bed and meditate on thee in the night watches.

    7 Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.

    8 My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me.

    WORD FOR THE DAY

    Guidance

    SUBJECT
    My Testimony(Apostle C. Bacon)-Hearing The Voice Of God

    • Introduction
      During the Summer of 1970
      God called me by my name.
      God told me – “Pray unto me” – my response the Child’s Prayer (child like faith).
      God told me – “Read my Word”.
      After my encounter with God, I was given a word for my aunt. As a result, God instructed me for 3 days to talk to her about the situation – during the 3rd day she confessed and gave me her testimony – from that point on her life was changed.
