    In this episode, I explore why I used to get defensive when someone would express concerns about adult children of divorced parents not being able to be suitable romantic partners or spouses. And why I agree with it now... to some extent. And why healing is so important for all of us to show up as confident, compassionate, curious and grounded adults as we keep evolving, regardless of our parental and personal marital history or status. What I also go through briefly is what messages triggers can carry and how to deal with them, and what really is trauma, and how can the long-term effects of traumatic experiences for children can be mitigated with the support, love, and non-judgmental attitude of a community,
