Welcome to the 400th episode! Woohoo!

I started the Team Engagement podcast in an effort to engage business leaders around the world in a discussion about leadership and teams. My vision was to include leaders from different countries, industries, backgrounds, and opinions. Men and women, young and old, new leaders and experienced leaders...all of them would be welcome to share their perspectives. I chose to ask the same 5 questions of all the guests, thus allowing for those different perspectives to truly stand out.

One of the great lessons I have learned is that people are passionate about leadership. We may have differing opinions on how to effectively lead teams, but the sincere desire to inspire and motivate people remains consistent among leaders. I am grateful for the 400+ leaders who take time to share their ideas and inspirations when it comes to leadership.
