Who came up with these questions?
These questions are not insightful or thought provoking. The answers can be easily found, but they are still specious in nature. (I'll cover some)
1) Are the pamphlet authors "infallible"? This question is silly. Of course not. No one on the earth today is perfect. And they don't claim to be divinely inspired.
2) Do you have to quit certain jobs? Depends on the individual. Highly contextual question. Married, single, kids, no kids, young, old. Ambitions to serve Jah.
3) How do they treat ex members? Of course ex member association is discouraged. This is out of love/protection. But every individual is different. I used to go to the meetings. Some people still associate with me, and others don't.
4) Is Jesus only a mediator for a select few people of the organization???
By far the worst question. Makes no sense.
Jesus is the entire world's mediator. The channel through which we pray to God.
Nobody is perfect, so through him (Jesus) we are able to communicate with God, The Most High.
(Why people say: "in Jesus name, Amen")
Who wrote these questions? Not much thought was put into them. As someone who was raised a Witness, I was really looking for useful info here.
