    So this week, we continue our look into some strange stories from the road. I am happy to announce that this week, I am talking about UFO's and UAP's, and no, I did not plan this to line up with some other podcasts that have done the same thing this week. I have always loved UFO and UAP stories, and these ones have a trucking tie to them, like most things I talk about on here. I could have done at least an hour on this topic alone, but who wants to listen to that? Not to mention, the audio quality is not great this week, as Im recording from the truck.     This week we continue our adventure into the eerie, spooky, and unknown. Well mostly its just me reading some stories out of a new book that I bought with a bunch of stories from the road. This week is about Vanishing People, and Hitchhikers. I am still working on the research side of things, and transitioning into a more respectable podcast.     This week I start to take a drive into the tales of lore, and myth, and urban legends. We start this journey with the tale of The Black Dog, it has many different origin stories, and can be traced back to the ancient Greeks even. Now that being said, I am more interested in the lore of the truck driving Black Dog (not the movie, although we discuss that too). I did not do a huge deep dive, as my research abilities are limited with my time being very strained, and all that stuff, but I am doing my best, and will hopefully get some help for some future episodes in the realm of creepy and such.     In this weeks episode, I have an awesome chat with my good brother-in-law, Derek. He was actually nice enough to host the episode this week, maybe cause I brought the beers, maybe cause he cant use technology, we will never know, but it was a first for the show for sure. We talk shop, we talk about his story of becoming a truck electrician, about his time in Europe, and just random memories we've had together. This chat could have gone on so much longer, but I felt we would have had a 2 hour episode, and would have needed many more beers, and that would have gotten out of hand.     This week I am solo, and I want to apologize for missing a week there, I have been dealing with some mental health issues, and as well as getting things prepared for a long weekend with the family. I am back and hopefully I don't miss another episode for a while. I do appreciate all the support everyone has been giving me in doing this show, and love each and every one of you. So this week I talk about the actual pre-trip of the big rig, and what things are required to check. I also explain that most of them should be done on your daily vehicle as well, maybe not as often, but still need to be done.
