Leslie is a Minnesota born and raised, 65-year-old woman who has always been willing to try something new to explore where it may take her. As a young figure skater, it was her dream to be a part of the Ice Follies, a touring ice show with elaborate productions, which she auditioned for and joined for 2 years following high school. In the 80s, she opened up Leslie’s Shape Shop, an aerobics studio, after training with Jane Fonda, and continued her journey as a personal trainer and fitness instructor with LifeTime. Leslie Fhima and co-host, Lisa Rubin, have been extremely close friends since high school. As Lisa would say, “Leslie is always reinventing herself and ahead of her time”.
