Episodes
  • Shania, Self Respect and Sabrina Carpenter
    Jul 18 2024

    Time for another catch-up!

This week is a full on whinge fest! That minging summer cold has hit the studio and it has hit hard!

Not so fresh from seeing Shania Twain headline Hyde Park, Taylor dives into the impact the songs have had on him and gives Luke an update in regards to the sleazy messages he was receiving!

The main takeaways from the episode are:

    • Bart Simpson is Sabrina Carpenter's aunt?
    • Being the villain
    • Mental health being used as a weapon

This podcast is a bit chaotic compared to normal, but it felt good to have a bit of a rant!

  • 'I genuinely thought I was going to die' - Lupus, life lessons and learning to let go with Jess Impiazzi
    Jul 10 2024

Joining me for a waffle this week is the incredible Jess Impiazzi

Jess joins me for a very open and honest chat about her recent Lupus diagnosis and the impact it has had on her life

Throughout the episode, we have a waffle about Jess' recent struggles and how she has turned the negatives to positives. It hasn't been easy but Jess' outlook on life is as inspiring as it is infectious. We have a waffle about the importance of self-care and how Jess is learning to trust herself again following a break up that left her in a very vulnerable position. Not one to be down for long, Jess is now back on her feet and is throwing herself into the world of nutrition, gut health, and even tech to continue on her self-development journey

You may know Jess from her time on TV, from being an author, or from her incredible work with Guide Dogs UK. However, you know Jess, this episode has something for everyone, and it was an honour to welcome her into the studio!

I really hope you enjoy the episode, and don't forget to hit the subscribe button!

    • It's ok to self-validate!
    • Taylor Swift
