In this episode I sit down with my friend Sean O'Grady the front man for the band Gypsy Brydge. It was great to hear about how he creates music and what went into making thier first album Rock n Roll Dream. We also get into a bunch of other fun stuff.  

Alliyah and I went to go see the latest Spiderman movie No Way Home, advanced tickets of course, and it was Awsome!. All the hype is real so if you haven't seen it yet I definitely recommend it.  This was recorded last Friday so our excitement and energy are still high.
