  • #30 Ain't No Party Like a Parmo Party
    May 27 2024

In this episode, I break down and analyse the absolute madness that went down at Cage Warriors 172 in Newcastle.

Harry Hardwick turned in a career-best performance with his destruction of Orlando Wilson Prins, winning the featherweight belt along the way.

James Power displayed a ridiculous chin and heart to come back and put a beating on Daniel Kolasinski on his way to a 2nd round KO.

Hometown favourite Kennedy Freeman scored yet another brutal walk-off KO to improve to 5-0 and make a strong case for Cage Warriors to dust the cobwebs for the women's Bantamweight belt.

Leon Hill returned to winning ways, Chasen Blair threw up one of the slickest armbars you'll see all year and Aiden Lee submitted his opponent after 6 years away from Cage Warriors.

Elsehwere in the prelims, mega prospect Jack Humphries won in his professional debut via 1st round finish.

12 fights, 11 finishes. 7 1st round finishes. Frontrunner for card of the year!

All of this and so much more!

  • #29 Girlean & Else Stun Glasgow While Leblond Delivers More Violence
    Apr 22 2024

Cage Warriors returned to Scotland after 11 years away and put on a memorable show. Scottish fighters provided a mixed bag of results as super talent Dumitru Girlean silenced the crowd with a submission win over Chris Bungard.

In the co-main event, UFC veteran Cameron Else edged past Reece McEwan on the scorecards.

But it wasn't all doom & gloom for the Scots as mega prospect Sean Clancy Jr. won in emphatic fashion while Keir Harvie and Paull McBain dazzled.

Podcast favourites Nicolas Leblond and Jan Quaeyhaegens won in typical violent fashion which put a big ol' smile on my face.

All of this and SO much more! Tune in!

  • #28 Jimbo Slices & Dices His Way to Gold, While Paul Hughes Bows Out In Fashion
    Apr 8 2024

In the latest episode of the pod, I break down all of the fights that took place on Cage Warriors 170 in Dublin.

Team Ryano stalwart James Sheehan (aka Jimbo Slice) outlasted and outgunned a very game opponent in Daniel Konrad to win Cage Warriors Welterweight gold.

Paul Hughes served his final fight in Cage Warriors, winning via spectacular first-round finish. Will the UFC or PFLlator come knocking?

Elsewhere on the card, mega prospects Ger Harris and Solomon Simon scored big submission wins.

Eimar Darcy, Ciaran Brady and Jamie Abbott-Bissett made their pro debuts in stunning fashion, all winning via finish.

A special mention to Rory Evans, podcast favourite, who upset the bookmakers & silenced the Dublin crowd with his tremendous win over Taka Mhandu.

All of this and SO much more on the latest episode of the card.
