  • Last week we talked about how emotional parenting can be! And when our children's’ path is not linear from A to B we can easily descend into feelings of frustration and anxiety. It makes sense that if our kids get a diagnosis of a learning difference or are neurodiverse these feelings for us get amplified.

    As parents we are rarely the experts in child development and psychiatry - we don't know what it means for them or for us in terms of our parenting. How can we as parents feel confident and comfortable seeking advice, find our way through, and help our children thrive.

    For Anke, this topic is very dear to her heart. As a parent, this is how she came to find coaching both incredibly helpful for herself and discover that this was what she wanted to do going forward so others would have the space and support she often missed.
