The king emphasizes that "they might be convinced that they were all brethren" (Alma 23:3). The conversion and laying down of weapons by the Lamanites who call themselves Anti-Nephi-Lehies. The A-N-L were not converted to the missionaries, but were truly converted unto the Lord. How the Lord compensates the faithful for every loss. With God's strength, we can do all things. What do we love about God? What are we frustrated about? Making a choice, then asking the Lord for confirmation. Just like the Anti-Nephi-Lehies waiting for the Nephites to decide if they'll let them live on the borders of their land, have faith if you're in a waiting place right now.
