Episode 164 - TIHC Gang Hang. I got the gang together to talk about the fest, current state of hardcore and what comes next. I wanted to have some fun since we've had a solid run of solid episodes of more serious nature.. Bob Wilson and Greg Falchetto are truly a blessing to have as part of my team, and for being friends for over 20 years now. I am lucky to have their company and have their support and advice. www.instagram.com/fyafest www.instagram.com/gdoggdabomb/ www.instagram.com/wilsonswar www.instagram.com/rebirthrecords_ www.instagram.com/holdmyownhc www.instagram.com/takedownrecs Opening Track of the Episode Trial Time "Seeds Of Doubt" featuring Jeff Burd (Hollow Ground) www.instagram.com/trialtimehc

  • Episode 163 Frankie Poupolo of Wisdom In Chains
    Jul 12 2024
Episode 163 Frankie Poupolo of Wisdom In Chains With This Is Hardcore just 3 weeks away, we bring the new member of Wisdom In Chains onto the show to talk about his excitement to be a part of the band. Frankie Poupolo another South Shore HC legend started coming down to our area with Death Before Dishonor. He would later start a project called Trust In Few, which Richie Krutch was a part of. Frankie is a family man and had to opt out of touring with DBD to work full time in a Union Sound/Stage Hand in the Boston area. He is absolutely one of the funniest guys you can run into as well as one of the most talented self taught musicians that I've ever met. From the minute I hit record, I had a blast talking to my old friend about his backstory, his excitement for the new role in WiC and what to expect next. I only wish I had more time to go deeper into the story, but he's a working man and took the podcast on his lunch break. Check out No Echo www.noecho.net Richie from Wisdom gives No Echo the scoop on everything Wisdom In Chains related. www.instagram.com/frankiepapalow www.instagram.com/wisdominchains www.noecho.net www.instagram.com/noechodotnet Opening Track of the Episdoe Berthold City " The Cost" "The Cost" is the first single from Berthold City's upcoming album, Where Did We Go Wrong?, out Aug 30 on WAR Records. • Episode 162 James Aloisio of Ends Of Sanity and Unchained Mgmt.
    Jul 5 2024
Episode 162 James Aloisio.of Ends Of Sanity and Unchained Mgmt. We had James on earlier this year to talk about Overcome Fest but I wanted more time to go over his story. From Long Island and some early bands, he would rise to be one of the more influential behind the scenes booking agent and later manager to some of the most talked about Hardcore and Punk bands of the current day. This is a great story about just finding opportunities, growing as a person and learning new skills and having the balls to give up a day job and just go for it. https://www.instagram.com/jamesxaloisio https://www.instagram.com/unchained_hq https://www.instagram.com/endsofsanity Opening Track of the Episode Hollow Ground "Disgraced https://www.eventbrite.com/e/nate-glover-memorial-show-tickets-916790925337 https://www.instagram.com/cancercarembfdn

From his earliest days at the Anthrax Club, to founding Forced Reality, one of the early great American Oi! bands.
