Cocktail receipe! This recipe requires that you prepare the gin two days ahead of time. For 750 mL of london dry gin, use 4 earl grey teabags. Let steep for 2 days and then remove the tea bags. To prepare the cocktail, in a shaker with ice, pour 1.5 oz of the earl grey gin, 0.75 oz of lemon juice, and 0.75 oz of simple syrup. Shake vigorously. Then pour into the shaker 1.5 oz of tonic water and gently stir (you don't want to stir out all the carbonation). Then strain into a coupe glass.
