Raghu Kumar has been an entrepreneur and trader his entire life, with a deep focus on algorithmic trading. Find out how he leveraged his skills to build successful trading models and companies in this interview.

Raghu pursued a career in algorithmic trading, earning a degree in trading and using his brother's money to develop and sell trading models. This venture enabled him to move to India, where he founded Upstocks. A couple of years ago, he left India and Upstocks to return to the US and start Trading Leagues.

Day trading initially piqued Raghu’s interest due to its potential for substantial profits, despite the fact that 95% of day traders lose money. He believes that with the right knowledge and strategy, it's possible to make money in trading. Becoming an entrepreneur also allowed him to save money on taxes.

The key to Raghu's success lies in his unique approach to gamifying the customer experience. He has developed innovative methods to engage customers, navigating the legal and community aspects of this strategy.
