  • Tom Owens rediscovered the joys of running several years ago just before lockdown. After completing his first 50k for charity, Tom caught the Ultra Running bug and began training for bigger challenges and has completed the Tralee 100k, over 100 miles in 24 hours at the Wexford Festival of Running, running for Team Ireland at the Four Nations Trophy and the 107 mile Dublin to Belfast Ultra. In this episode we spoke about Toms progress over the last few years and also creating Hellevation, the first Backyard Ultra event in Munster.
