Lots of fans expected and the dancing horses kick things off on track at 12:30 each day. “Breakfast At the Wire,” morning workout show starts its three Saturday run this week – 8-10 am on Track Level, hosted by Dean Mazzuca. This ‘cast recaps last weekend’s exciting stakes activity, including a dead-heat in the Governor’s between Arma d’Oro and Slew’s Tiz Whiz. Tom Wenzel, trainer of Slew’s Tiz Whiz, joins Joe and Vince and recaps the action, which saw a Wenzel victory in the other stake with Aloha Breeze. Wenzel and Blaine Wright each have three stakes wins at the meeting and Wenzel is at 59 for his Emerald Downs career, one ahead of Wright. They trail all-time leader Doris Harwood at 67.
