In today's episode, I give you some top tips on what to look for along with specific questions to ask during your consult. I also give you some red flags and highly recommend you NOT ask for recommendations in your local mom Facebook group. I also discuss knowing your non-negotiables during your pregancy for your birth and write them down. Have your partner/spouse get on board with you so you can combat any adversity you may have about those specific items.
