  • This week on Himalayan Hipsters we are talking about our current Social Expectation and Standards. We address some of the societal norms and standards in our community and its mental and psychological impacts on our generation and our future generations. As we talk about women's issues, men's issues, gender norms, we are also asking our viewers and listeners to share how to break this cycle and stop passing these generational traumas to our next generation.  We are just scratching the surface of these issues; in the later episodes we will dive deeper into these topics.
